The painting collection of the Feldman Family Museum contains more than 100 works of different genres that represent various directions of fine art. Most of the paintings refer to the period from the late 19th to the late 20th century, and many of them are devoted to Jewish historical, religious and household themes. The most widely represented in the collection is the international School of Paris (École de Paris). It had consolidated representatives of various avant-garde art movements, who worked in the capital of France from 1900s to the 1960s. Among them was a significant number of emigrants from the Russian Empire including natives of Ukraine.
