The Feldman Family Museum and AVEC Gallery continue the cultural and educational project "Ancestral Heritage". The artifacts of the Trypillian culture at the exhibition are supplemented by ceramics of the Donetsk Catacomb culture, which began to exist at the time when the Trypillians disappeared, around 2700 BC Catacomb culture got its name from a special type of burial. The body of the deceased was not just hidden in a pit, but made a special horizontal depression - a mine. Then, catacombs were pulled out perpendicularly to them - long recesses directed towards the burial chamber.
Culture covered the territories, geographically limited in the south by the Sea of Azov, in the west - almost reached the Dnieper, in the north - by the district of the river. Seversky Donets.
